Housekeeping Attendant

THE ROLE:

Our Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants are key members of our Housekeeping department and are responsible for the cleaning of the hotel and guests rooms. By working together as a member of our team, you will guarantee our guests receive the best care during their escape from reality. With excellent daytime working hours and positions available for both casual and part-time, you will be working within an amazing team environment. 

As a Room Attendant you will be:

• Cleaning guest rooms to hotels standard within required timings
• Completing the day-to-day turnover of rooms including linen changes, vacuuming, restocking of amenities and the overall maintenance and presentation of our rooms to luxury standards
• All WH&S policies and procedures are followed
• Assisting in deep cleaning of rooms as necessary

As a Public Areas Attendant:

• Assisting housekeeping in day to day duties where needed
• Keeping all public facing areas of the hotel clean and in good condition
• Working with other departments to ensure public areas remain clean throughout the day

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, have attention to detail and sustain an exceptional level of service standards. 

• Good work ethic and experience working in a team environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Capability to lift 8kg+
