We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Plan Management Officer to join our Cairns-based team. This role supports NDIS participants by processing invoices, monitoring budgets, maintaining records, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
Reporting to the Plan Management Team Leader, you will:
- Process NDIS provider invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor participant budgets and funding utilisation
- Maintain accurate participant records and documentation
- Liaise with participants, families, providers and internal teams
- Support account reconciliations and investigate invoice discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality practices
About You
You will bring:
- Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Community Services or a related field
- Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with financial systems (SAP experience highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience within the NDIS, disability, community services, or similar sector (desirable)
