About the Role
Do you love creating, designing and bringing ideas to life?
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on supervisor who can inspire others to learn, create and build confidence through technology-based projects.
As the Project Supervisor, you will lead participants through practical learning experiences using equipment and software such as 3D printers, laser engravers, sublimation printers, Cricut machines, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Through these projects, you will help participants develop valuable workplace skills, creativity, confidence and pathways toward employment.
This is not an IT support role.
We are seeking someone who enjoys making things, solving creative problems and teaching others. You may come from a background in graphic design, digital media, creative technologies, signage, print production, fabrication, makerspaces, industrial design, visual arts, promotional products or a related field.
Success in this role comes from balancing technical expertise with strong people skills. You will be equally comfortable designing a project, operating equipment, mentoring participants, building relationships and creating a positive learning environment where people feel supported to succeed.
If you are innovative, adaptable, community-minded and passionate about helping others grow while sharing your creative and technical skills, we would love to hear from you.

- Ensure activities are delivered safely and in accordance with organisational policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
