Join a fast-growing SaaS company redefining how property professionals work.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who lives and breathes growth, storytelling and smart automation, someone who can think strategically and execute brilliantly.

As part of our management team, you’ll own the marketing engine behind our growing suite of PropTech solutions, supporting everything from brand strategy and campaign delivery to sales enablement and US expansion.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid, email, social and events that drive demand and strengthen brand presence.
  • Own the full growth strategy and brand direction, from lead generation and retention to creative execution and consistent storytelling across every touchpoint.
  • Manage and optimise our WordPress website, landing pages and conversion flows for performance, SEO and storytelling.
  • Build and manage HubSpot automations, workflows, lead scoring and lifecycle email sequences to streamline acquisition, onboarding and re-engagement.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic growth campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. A/B testing copy, creative and targeting.
  • Support sales initiatives with campaigns, collateral and lead-nurture automation.
  • Lead a small marketing team, inspiring creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Drive our US growth initiatives, tailoring campaigns and managing rollout strategies.
  • Build high-converting funnels, from gated content and demos to partner programs.
  • Optimise onboarding and nurture journeys with behaviour-triggered automation and lifecycle communication and collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing impact.

What you’ll bring

  • 5 + years in SaaS, PropTech, or B2B growth marketing.
  • HubSpot expertise: automation, workflows, reporting and email strategy.
  • Experience managing WordPress, analytics and CRO (bonus HTML/CSS).
  • Proven success designing and scaling campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
  • Strong grasp of paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing and sales enablement.
  • A blend of creative vision and data-driven execution.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and performance reporting tools.
  • A proactive, experimental mindset.
