Summary:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to oversee a dedicated team of therapists within the Health & Safety sector. In this role, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure high-quality care for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in occupational therapy and a passion for team development, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, providing mentorship and support.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss client progress and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the healthcare sector.
