We are seeking an experienced Hazardous Area Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical projects on-site in Western Australia. The potential candidates will require strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
We are also seeking Hazardous Area Electricians for our electrical projects on-site to carry out electrical and instrumentation installations which includes but is not limited to hazardous area
installations, testing and commissioning.
Location: Remote, Perth, Western Australia
Start Date: Approximately end of June 2026
Duration: Approximately 20 weeks
Roster: DIDO – 10/4 (Transport via Company Provided Vehicles)
Contract: Casual
About the role – Electrical Supervisor:
- Assist with the project planning & resourcing
- Assist in the creation of project documentation
- Lead specific electrical construction activities
- Manage the Safety and Quality requirements of the project
- Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors on-site to ensure work is being completed according to project specifications
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Inspect work progress regularly to identify any potential issues or safety hazards
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated six or more years’ relevant experience within the resources sector;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisory role within the electrical industry
- Leadership abilities to manage a team of electricians and subcontractors
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the project
- Experience in Hazardous Areas is essential
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Trade Certificate in a relevant electrical discipline
- Unrestricted WA Electrical License (Essential)
- Supervisor Section 44 or Schedule 26 Training
- Hazardous Area Qualification (Nationally Recognised)
- White Card
- Valid WA Driver’s License
About the role – Hazardous Area Electrician & Electricians:
- Electrical instrumentation and hazardous area installations, testing and commissioning
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant Australian Standards and Client Specifications
- Inspect
work progress regularly to identify any potential issues or safety hazards

About the role – Electrical Trade Assistant:
- Assist Electricians with electrical installations
- General duties such as installation of cable ladder, conduits, cables, preparation and set up
- Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Identify any potential issues or safety hazards
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the project
Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the project
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the electrical industry
- Previous electrical TA experience
- FIFO site experience & project experience
- White Card
- Driver’s License
