Join our growing team: Quality and Compliance Officer with real impact

We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer (0.8 FTE, part-time) in VIC or SA to directly support our Quality and Compliance Manager. Working in a hybrid environment, you will support routine compliance activities, assist with audit readiness, and contribute to documentation, reporting, and projects across quality and compliance. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-orientated, proactive and likes to work within a fast paced and evolving company.

About The Role:

  • This is a part-time role (0.8 FTE), working 4 full days per week between Monday and Friday

This role will:

  • Work closely with our Q&C Manager to support with compliance and audit readiness by maintaining and monitoring compliance tracking systems and identifying risks
  • Support audits and quality checks by preparing evidence, documenting findings, and contributing to continuous improvement across the business
  • Assist with reviewing and enhancing systems, policies, and procedures
  • Support in delivering guidance and training to staff ensuring compliance and correct implementation of policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries

About You:

You don’t need to tick every box. We value potential and alignment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a personable and caring demeanour
  • Sound understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to collect and analyse data for reporting purposes
  • Experience in a regulatory context, including exposure to auditing and compliance
  • ISO 19011:2018 certification or Diploma of Quality Auditing (desirable)
  • Prior NDIA experience is highly regarded
