About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, you will coordinate delivery of digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, support communications projects, manage content and digital assets, and help strengthen ISA’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Content Creation

  • Create, coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
  • Support website maintenance and updates to ensure content remains accurate and engaging.
  • Assist with digital surveys, stakeholder engagement activities, and campaign reporting.

Communications and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the delivery of newsletters, webinars, events, and communication initiatives.
  • Support and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities including all communications collateral.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for webinars and online events.

Content Management and Reporting

  • Maintain digital assets, stakeholder databases, and content repositories.
  • Prepare reports on engagement, communications performance, and media activity.
  • Monitor digital analytics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage media monitoring activities and provide insights on industry trends and stakeholder engagement.

Communications Operations

  • Support day-to-day Communications and Marketing activities.
  • Maintain SharePoint repositories and communication resources.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure consistency across communication materials.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, or content management.
  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and developing engaging digital content.
  • Strong capability in Canva or similar creative design tools.
  • Experience maintaining websites using Content Management Systems (Drupal, WordPress, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, web and data analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
  • Experience supporting webinars, events, photography, or multimedia content creation.
