About the Role

We are looking for capable, suitably qualified pre-hospital emergency care practitioners to deliver on-line support and face-to-face training via our Intensive Workshop Program for Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma Paramedical students.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Train and assess students at Clinical Workshops.

• Assess and provide feedback to student theory assessments submitted online.

• Teach students through online lectures, study groups and 1-on-1 phone calls.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of APC’s courses.

• Maintain competency and currency as a Trainer & Assessor.

• Participate in company-wide projects and events.

 

About You

You will be excited to help build, improve and deliver courses that are recognised as exemplary across Australia and beyond and will also enjoy having a laugh with like-minded peers along the way!

 

The “Must-have” Requirements

  • Industry qualifications: Bachelor of Paramedicine or equivalent.
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Current or recent work experience in a pre-hospital setting emergency health care setting.
  • WWCC.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Optional but highly regarded requirement

• Training and education experience, preferably in the Vocational Education and Training sector and with pre-hospital emergency care students.
