Build partnerships. Create opportunities. Change lives.
At Industry Pathways, trading as the Australian Paramedical College (APC), we’re passionate about creating career pathways that make a real difference. As Australia’s leading provider of pre-hospital healthcare education, we equip thousands of students each year with the skills and qualifications they need to launch meaningful careers in healthcare. With continued growth across our
vocational education programs, we’re looking for an energetic and relationship-driven professional to help expand our impact.
If you’re someone who thrives on building genuine partnerships, uncovering opportunities and seeing your work translate into real outcomes, this could be the role for you.
About the Opportunity
As our Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing our school (VETiS) and business-to-business partnerships by developing strong relationships with schools, employers and industry stakeholders.
You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture existing partnerships and guide prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment, helping more people access life-changing education. No two
days are the same. One day you could be presenting to a school, the next meeting with employers to discuss workforce development, attending an industry event or working alongside our internal teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
This is a highly visible role that combines relationship management, business development and stakeholder engagement with the satisfaction of knowing your work is helping shape Australia’s future healthcare workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in growing APC’s presence by:
- Developing and managing relationships with secondary schools, employers and industry partners
- Growing our VETiS and B2B enrolment pipeline through proactive business development
- Representing APC at schools, careers expos, networking events and industry forums
- Identifying workforce training opportunities and developing long-term partnerships
- Managing enquiries and supporting students through to successful enrolment
- Working collaboratively with Marketing, Student Administration, Training and Operations teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting and forecasting
- Contributing ideas that continuously improve our engagement and enrolment processes
About You
You’ll be an excellent communicator who enjoys building trusted relationships and creating win-win outcomes. You’ll also bring:
- Experience in business development, account management, relationship management or partnerships
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence presenting to schools, employers and industry groups
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine focus on results
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
Experience within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, VETiS programs or workforce development is highly regarded but not essential.
- Comfortable working within a growing and evolving organisation
