About This Role:
The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for best-practice eCommerce management within the Shopify Plus environment and surrounding apps for three unique sites. Working as part of an experienced, agile marketing team, the role offers variety in recurring tasks and contribution to projects and campaigns. The right person for this role will have experience working within Shopify, a strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics, and excellent attention to detail.
It’s a hands-on and varied role which requires the successful candidate to be on the tools working as part of a team. The right person for this role will be a skilled ecommerce professional with experience in platform management, product management, subscription programs, promotional strategies and analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day management of our Shopify Plus websites, ensuring content, products and user journeys are accurate, engaging and up to date.
- Manage our Shopify ecosystem, including apps, integrations and new platform features to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Take ownership of our coffee subscription programs, optimising customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Create and manage product listings, collections and seasonal product launches across multiple online stores.
- Execute on-site promotions, campaigns and special offers, working closely with Marketing and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor website performance, report on key eCommerce metrics and use data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with developers and external partners to troubleshoot issues, implement new functionality and deliver website enhancements.
- Drive CRO by identifying UX enhancements, using heatmapping and analytics, implementing A/B tests.
- Be a collaborative member of our Marketing team, bringing strong organisation, attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

- Experience in managing eCommerce apps and integrations
- A degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce
- Experience in consumable products would be a bonus
