THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This role is responsible for the operation of various machines on the bottling and canning lines and sits within the Packaging Department. This role requires reliability, punctuality, attention to detail and someone who thrives in a team environment.

THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Load and unload items from machines and conveyors
• Operate machinery used in the bottling and canning process
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Assist with line changeover
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Follow quality assurance and OHS policies and procedures

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING

• Experience in the food manufacturing sector preferred but not essential
• A current Victorian Driver’s license
• Availability across all days of the week
• Full working rights
• A good eye for detail

• Possess a confident manner
• Adaptable and have a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement

HOURS OF WORK:

IDL is currently seeking casual staff to join either our Day Shift 07:45 – 16:00 or Afternoon Shift 15:45- 00:00

IDL operates Monday – Friday.
