We’re expanding our Enterprise Solutions team and are seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultants at both mid and senior levels.
These roles are ideal for individuals with a strong finance and accounting background and hands‑on Dynamics 365 Finance experience who want to work across ERP transformation and optimisation initiatives. The scope, responsibility and leadership expectations will align
to your experience level.
While Perth‑based candidates are strongly preferred, we’re open to high‑quality candidates located in other major Australian cities.
As a D365 Finance Functional Consultant, you’ll help organisations get more value from their ERP platform whether they’re embarking on a major transformation or looking to continually improve business‑as‑usual finance processes.

Senior consultants will lead the Finance stream on projects, owning solution design, stakeholder engagement and delivery outcomes.

Mid‑level consultants will have the opportunity to be deeply involved in ERP transformation projects, as well as ongoing continuous improvement initiatives for organisations looking to optimise and extend their Dynamics 365 Finance capability.
You’ll work across a variety of industries and engagement types, from large enterprise implementations to BAU enhancement and optimisation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver fit for purpose D365 Finance solutions aligned to customer needs
- Lead or contribute to requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing
- Apply strong accounting knowledge to guide solution decisions and best practice
- Engage effectively with finance stakeholders, project teams and delivery partners
- Support customers across go live, BAU operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate across multiple delivery engagements, managing priorities effectively
- For senior consultants: lead the Finance workstream and mentor others within the delivery team.
You Will Bring
- A finance or accounting background (industry or consulting)
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Strong understanding of core accounting and financial management processes
- Exposure to ERP implementations and/or post implementation optimisation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A practical, solutions focused mindset with a customer first approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, delivery focused environment
Additionally, senior applicants will typically bring:
- Experience leading finance workstreams or solution design
- Confidence engaging with senior finance stakeholders
- Experience coaching or mentoring other consultants
