The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Defence professionals to support a major Land capability modernisation program focused on delivering the next generation of Command, Control, Communications and Information Systems. This program is helping shape the future of Australia’s digital-enabled land force through the delivery of integrated, networked and
technologically advanced capabilities that support operational decision-making,
situational awareness and secure communications across a range of mission
environments.
The Program
The program is focused on the continuous delivery and evolution of modern Land capabilities, supporting a more connected, agile and data-driven force.
Areas of capability include:
- Secure deployable information and networking environments.
- Battlefield telecommunications and wide-area communications networks.
- Tactical command and control systems.
- Tactical voice and data communications capabilities.
- Integrated and networked digital systems supporting operational effectiveness.
- This work contributes to the ongoing modernisation of Defence communications and information systems through innovative delivery approaches and close collaboration between Defence, industry and research partners.
About You
We’re interested in speaking with professionals who have experience delivering Defence capability, communications systems, ICT projects, systems integration, program management, engineering, architecture, capability development or related disciplines.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience working within Defence, national security or highly regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- The ability to operate effectively within complex program environments.
- Experience supporting the delivery of technology, communications, networking or systems-based projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to delivery.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current NV1 Security Clearance.
- Australian Citizenship.
- Ability to satisfy all client, security and onboarding requirements.
