The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to provide project control, coordination and administrative support within a complex Defence environment. Working across an integrated workforce, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, stakeholder engagement and the effective management of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project support, coordination and administration across project activities and deliverables.
- Conduct research, analysis and reviews to support project planning and decision-making.
- Interpret and apply relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate workflows, monitor progress and support the achievement of project outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide advice, resolve issues and support project objectives.
About You
- Current NV1 Security Clearance.
- Experience supporting projects within Defence, Government or other complex environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
