The Role
We are seeking an experienced Communications Capability Project Officer to support the delivery of a major Defence capability project. Working within an integrated team, you will assist with project planning, capability development activities, stakeholder engagement and the coordination of technical and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, coordination and delivery activities across the capability lifecycle.
- Assist with capability requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Engage with stakeholders to support solution planning and project outcomes.
- Evaluate work package proposals and provide project support advice.
- Contribute to governance, reporting and project management activities.
About You
- Current NV1 Security Clearance.
- Experience supporting Defence capability, communications or ICT-related projects.
- Understanding of communication technologies and complex technical environments.
- Knowledge of the One Defence Capability System and Defence project delivery processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and issue management skills.
