Job Title: Restaurant HR Manager
Job Summary:
The Restaurant HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the restaurant, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. They will develop and implement HR policies and programs, coordinate employee training and development initiatives, and ensure workplace health and safety regulations are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in HR within the Hospitality & Tourism industry, and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies, procedures,and programs specific to the restaurant
– Lead the recruitment process for all positions within the restaurant
– Manage employee relations issues effectively
– Oversee payroll processing,and benefits administration ensuring accuracy
– Ensure compliance with employment laws at all times
– Coordinate employee training
-Monitor performance management processes,and provide guidance as needed
-Implement strategies to address employee turnover issues
– Maintain relationships with staffing agencies,and other external recruitment resources
Qualifications:
