Description

About the Role

Are you a highly organised, proactive Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping fast-moving initiatives on track? Can you build relationships with team members at all levels of an organisation? Do you want to help drive impact and change?

We are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract (with a possibility to extend) to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this critical capacity role, you will keep the wheels turning across our BD sales transformation and the wider Growth Engine program. You will own the master plan, track dependencies, maintain our RAID log, and ensure accountability across multiple teams.

If you love diving into Asana (or similar project tools), managing project logistics, and turning fast-paced workshop discussions into clear, actionable plans, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Maintain the master plan, track dependencies, update the RAID log, and proactively chase action items so nothing stalls.
  • Project Tool Mastery: Set up and administer projects, tasks, timelines, and dashboards in Asana, acting as the system champion for the team.
  • Workshop & Meeting Support: Coordinate logistics, agendas, and materials for CCO-led workshops; capture and log real-time actions and decisions.
  • Stakeholder & Change Alignment: Coordinate communication schedules and collaborate across BD, Marketing, Product, and Business Improvement teams to align activity.
  • Reporting: Consolidate workstream updates into sharp, simple status reports for the CCO.

Must Have Skills & Experience

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in project management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration (experience with change, transformation, or sales programmes is a major plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Strong hands-on experience structuring projects, dependencies, and reporting views within Asana (or similar PM tools).
  • Ability to pick systems up quickly – we use Salesforce as our one source of truth
  • Execution Focus: Exceptional organization skills with the confidence to hold stakeholders and senior leaders to their commitments.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working at pace and managing ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Alignment: A commitment to accessibility, inclusive practice, and the NDIS/disability sector.
