Casual Front of House – Section Waiters & Food Runners CBD Venues: Grana, Lana & Martinez

We’re looking for experienced Section Waiters and Food Runners to join our front-of-house teams across three CBD venues at Hinchcliff House and Quay Quarter.

• Grana – Warm, inviting Italian dining with an approachable menu of fresh, quality produce. Open 7 days, lunch to late — great for students or flexible availability.
• Lana – Modern Italian dining with Asian flavours, right on Circular Quay. Open more nights — good for students or those with daytime commitments.
• Martinez – Harbour views and Mediterranean-style dining, drinks and rooftop vibes. Open Monday to Friday — weekends off.

About You

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter or Food Runner
• Confident, calm and organised during busy services
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, public holidays — depending on venue)
• A current NSW RSA
