About the role

Hospital Products Australia (HPA) is seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our dynamic team. Working closely with our Business Development, Sales, and Service teams, you will support customers through demonstrations, trials, installations, training, and post-sale clinical support.

This exciting role, based primarily in Perth, Western Australia, is an exceptional opportunity for professionals with a background in anesthesia, ventilation, and patient monitoring.

Your Role:

  • Provide clinical support and technical advice, ensuring safe use of HPA products in clinical settings.
  • Work closely with our Business Development Managers, focusing on our Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS) and ICU product portfolio.
  • Conduct clinical demonstrations, training sessions, and provide market-leading customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with health personnel and support sales and service teams.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to support tenders, evaluations, and customer engagement
  • Act as the clinical subject matter expert during presentations and site visits
  • Ensure compliance with HPA quality systems, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies

    Requirements:

    • Experienced Registered Nurse 
    • Advanced knowledge in ventilation & patient monitoring
    • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration.
    • Excellent communication, relationship building, and training skills.
    • Willingness to travel within WA and nationally.
    • Confident delivering clinical education and user training in hospital environments
    • Ability to work autonomously and travel as required
    • Valid Australian driver’s licence
