Lead the smooth running of our Victorian office, supporting our farm and pellet plant teams with practical, organised and professional administration.

Hop Products Australia is Australia’s largest hop producer, growing, processing and packaging hops for customers around the world.

We’re looking for an Office Manager to lead our Myrtleford office, support a small administration team, and be the professional, welcoming first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors.

This is a role for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and is comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day systems, records and coordination that support a busy agricultural and processing operation within a supportive and down-to-earth team environment.

You’ll bring initiative, professionalism and attention to detail, while working closely with leaders and teams across the farm, pellet plant, HR, finance and operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the Myrtleford office and create a professional, welcoming environment for staff, visitors and contractors.
  • Coordinate office administration, records, document control and compliance requirements across farm and pellet plant operations.
  • Support seasonal recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration during harvest and pelleting periods.
  • Work closely with finance, HR and payroll on invoicing, employee records, timesheets and related administration.

About You

You enjoy being the person people rely on to keep things organised, accurate and moving. You’re calm under pressure, approachable, and confident coordinating a busy office where priorities can shift quickly.

You take pride in getting the detail right, following through on tasks, and building positive working relationships across teams. You’re comfortable using systems, maintaining records and supporting leaders with practical, reliable administration.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Myrtleford, with some Saturday work required during our March harvest period.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in office administration, office management or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence leading, supporting or coordinating a small administration team.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with business systems and records.
  • Experience with payroll administration, compliance or quality systems would be highly regarded.
