Our opportunity: Educational leader – Bachelor qualified – Centre wide focus on Pedagogy and Practice

We are seeking experienced, passionate and imaginative Educational Leader to help open our brand-new purpose-built childcare center in Strathpine. This role will be:

  • responsible for the developing, designing and implementing of our education program.
  • To be a mentor and support for all educators.
  • Building relationships with our families and assisting with learning difficulties and development of all children.

About you: 

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader with a solid understanding and experience to focus on the Pedagogy practice in the center.

Qualification: Completed Bachelor’s degree in early childcare education

Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team 

Vision: A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment 

Compliance: An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
