Our opportunity: 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Logan Reserve Centre. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to help us build out and deliver the kindergarten program.

Key Responsibilities: Running the Kindergarten Program

• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences for children.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Observe and document children’s progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent (ACECQA approved).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
