Holloway Removals & Storage is looking for an experienced Head of Information & Technology executor — a decisive, action-oriented leader who gets things done, identifies problems, and implements solutions without being prompted. Lead the transformation of our technology landscape, drive strategic business outcomes, and shape the future of our organisation. As Head of Technology, you will provide strategic IT leadership across the business, managing existing infrastructure and solutions while overseeing the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and data strategies. You will lead in delivering secure, contemporary, and fit-for-purpose technology solutions, build and optimise systems and task management processes that align with Holloway’s business objectives and growth plans.
Working closely with senior leaders, members, and staff, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes. A key focus will be aligning Holloway’s digital and information capabilities with industry best practices, including safe, transparent, and effective adoption of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across Holloway’s technology operations and initiatives.
● Oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of ICT and data strategies to support operational efficiency and service delivery.
● Lead and develop technology to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative solutions. ● Manage technology risk, cybersecurity hygiene, and operational compliance.
● Identify opportunities to enhance operational capability and service delivery across Holloway’s business.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
● Ensure technology initiatives align with Holloway’s strategic objectives and growth plans, including adoption of AI and digital innovation.
About You

Additional Experience & Attributes:
● Experience in multi-site operational environments, preferably in removals, storage, or logistics.
