Who are we?
Physio Club (formerly Physio Inq Engadine + Sutherland) is a friendly, inclusive team of
Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, & Client Relationship Managers. We’re dedicated to providing gold-standard, individualised, evidence-based care for every body — from weekend warriors to elite athletes, post-surgical rehab, and everything in between. Our mission is to ensure everyone who interacts with us has a positive, personalised, and professional experience. We provide Allied Health assessment, treatment and rehab to our wide variety of clients at our
two local family-owned clinics.
About the role
·Work in an in-clinic MSK capacity, providing assessment, treatment and rehab to our wide variety of wonderful clients, including those funded privately, through Medicare, Veterans Affairs, Work Cover and CTP.
·You are provided with a thorough induction program with ongoing training and support; and higher than standard CPD including weekly prac tutorials and case reviews, and monthly
inservices, literature reviews, professional development discussions. Receive clinical support from senior therapists and the clinic owner to grow your knowledge, skills, and confidence.
·Collaborate with other members of our team including Specialty Physios, Exercise Physiologists and Client Relationship Managers to support our client’s needs and make a real difference.
·Assist in building relationships with the local community network, including sport clubs, gyms,
local doctors and surgeons, and other businesses, to help build your own client base and area of interest.
·Liaise with your manager to work towards your career goals in a structured way.
What you need
·Passion and the drive to make a difference.
·Strong interpersonal skills, i.e. a great communicator and ‘people person’ among your clients and team.
·Keen critical thinking skills to create personal treatment plans.
·Full of initiative & enthusiasm.
·Australian citizen or permanent resident; AHPRA Registration.
