About the role We are looking for a polished and proactive Receptionist & Administration Assistant. In this standalone role, you will deliver exceptional service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key responsibilities:

Front Office & Client Service

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls and enquiries
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

Administration & Coordination

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, cabcharge & parking
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond or escalate queries
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate daily office activity

Office & Facilities

  • Ensure kitchens, meeting rooms and common areas are clean and stocked
  • Order and manage office supplies and stationery
  • Liaise with building management, cleaners and suppliers

Events & Team Support

  • Arrange catering, office ordering and support for internal and client events
  • Provide general administrative support across the business

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and professional presentation
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
