About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our Operations team.

Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting purchasing, inventory and supplier administration to ensure products move efficiently through the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, coordinating suppliers, maintaining accurate records and supporting a busy operational team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Raise and maintain purchase orders
  • Follow up suppliers on deliveries and outstanding orders
  • Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier and inventory records
  • Assist with ERP and reporting activities
  • Support warehouse administration and receipting documentation
  • Respond to supplier and customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with resolving purchasing and delivery discrepancies
  • Support continuous improvement across the Supply Chain function

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Previous administration experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations or a similar environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Experience within manufacturing, warehousing or distribution
  • Understanding of purchasing or procurement processes
