Quality Control Assistant

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure delivery of consistent quality every day. It is important to make certain that every defect is captured before delivery to the next customer, thereby ensuring that the completed product will exceed Hidrive customer’s expectations.

This role works closely with the production staff and team leaders to ensure that Hidrive reputation of high-quality products is maintained. Also,

• Assist the Quality Control Manager to improve the QC process, develop Standard Operating Procedures as well as Quality Standards
• Completion of hands-on quality inspections in areas required
• Understand, follow and uphold Quality Standards and SOP’s
• Escalate defects with Team Leaders and rework parts as required
• Ensure all components are present and checks completed before proceeding to the next step

About You

• A Forklift License is essential for this role
