We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and motivated Junior Administrator to join our Mandurah office on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door and gain experience in a professional office environment. No previous legal or office experience is required, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and confidence communicating with others.
You’ll be one of the friendly faces of our Mandurah office, helping with reception and day-to-day administration while supporting our Legal Assistants and wider team.
The Role
Your day will be varied and will include:
- Answering phones and welcoming clients to the office
- Monitoring general emails and assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering stationery, kitchen supplies and other office essentials
- Scanning, photocopying, filing and document preparation
- Keeping reception, meeting rooms and shared office areas organised and presentable
- Assisting our Legal Assistants with general administrative tasks
