About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Team Member to join our team in West Gosford, NSW. You will manage inward and outward stock movements while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting documentation. The role involves receiving, allocating, loading and dispatching goods safely and efficiently. You may also work across our supply chain and dispatch teams to provide operational coverage when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and allocate incoming stock in line with procedures and agreed specifications.
• Maintain accurate records for all inward and outward inventory movements.
• Collate and complete delivery paperwork, including invoices and delivery dockets.
• Safely load and unload vehicles and assist with stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Maintain HACCP, GMP, housekeeping and product temperature requirements.

About You

You are a dependable team member who takes pride in completing work safely, accurately and efficiently. You have practical warehouse and forklift experience, along with strong attention to detail. Clear communication and teamwork come naturally to you, and you are comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. You understand the importance of accurate records, product quality and maintaining a clean and compliant workplace.

You Will Bring

• A current forklift licence and demonstrated forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehousing, stock control or dispatch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records.
• The ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a team.
