With a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality care, we are excited to announce our upcoming expansion into Sydney.

As we prepare to launch services in Parramatta and surrounding areas, we’re looking for passionate Personal Care Worker to join our founding Sydney team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Personal Care Worker

• Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment Supporting clients with meals, feeding, and hydration

• Helping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearance

• Offering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing

• Performing light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Observing and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior

• Engaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing

• Collaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality care

What We’re Looking For

Personal Care Worker

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent

• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

• Must have work rights in Australia

• A genuine passion for helping others and pride in delivering high-quality personal care services.

• Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic

• A desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veteran clients

• Previous experience in personal care or aged care (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Flexibility to travel within the local area to support clients in their homes

• Preferably can work weekdays (morning/night shifts)

• Availability to start by August
