As we prepare to launch services in Blacktown and surrounds, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate and experienced:
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
- Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
- Domestic Assistants (DAs)
to join our founding Sydney team.

About the Roles
Registered Nurses (RNs)
– Clinical assessments and care planning
– Medication administration and treatments
– Wound care, chronic disease monitoring, post-hospital support
– Clinical oversight and coordination of care
Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
– Nursing care under RN supervision
– Medication administration (as endorsed)
– Clinical support to clients in the community
Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
– Personal care and activities of daily living
– Mobility support and companionship
– Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes
Domestic Assistants (DAs)
– General household cleaning, laundry, and home support
– Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable home environment
– Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or in-home care) is highly desirable.
What We’re Looking For
RNs & ENs
– Current AHPRA registration
– Relevant clinical experience preferred
Personal Care Workers
– Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Domestic Assistants
– Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or in-home care) is highly desirable.
All Roles
– Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
– National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
– Work rights in Australia
– Compassionate, person-centred approach
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Willingness to travel locally across Parramatta and surrounding suburbs
