Description

Due to the growth of our Sales Teams throughout the Adelaide Hills, we are looking for experienced Team Managers to join these teams!

Working closely with the lead agent and their team, you’ll play a key role in keeping the team running seamlessly while building your own capability in a fast-paced environment. This role offers genuine career progression, hands-on exposure to high-quality campaigns, and the opportunity to grow within Australia’s #1 Agency, backed by industry-leading systems, training and support.

As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:

  • Effective and efficient project management, including the coordination of listings, sales campaigns, marketing, and stakeholder communication (trades, conveyancers and brokers)
  • Day-to-day operational management of the team, ensuring seamless execution and high performance
  • Delivery of exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships and a premium client experience throughout the sales process

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate in a similar role (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
  • The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
  • An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
