An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in their real estate career. You will be supported with a structure that allows you, as a Property Manager, to focus solely on delivering exceptional customer service. With leasing support, along with hands-on, supportive leadership, this is a Property Manager role like no other.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering a six-star service experience
  • Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conducting and overseeing inspections
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs in line with legislative requirements
  • Negotiating lease renewals and tenancy arrangements
  • Managing arrears, invoices and compliance obligations
  • Attending SACAT hearings where required and preparing supporting documentation
  • Ensuring all portfolio activities are compliant with current legislation and industry best practice
  • Utilising integrated technology platforms to efficiently manage your portfolio and workflow

Who you are:
