About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health Professional to join our multi-disciplinary team.
We have two positions available; primarily based at our Warners Bay center and at our Singleton center, with occasional travel to each location and client sites as required.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct a range of occupational health assessments including onsite services
- Support workplace health initiatives
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused services
About You
The ideal candidate will bring experience in occupational health or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop in this field.
You will have:
Experience in, or willingness to learn:
- Functional assessments
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Drug & alcohol testing
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- A strong team focus with a proactive and supportive approach
- A commitment to continuous improvement
- A clear understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN), or Occupational Therapist (OT), Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist.
- Relevant registration (APHRA, ESSA)
- Authorised Nurse Immuniser accreditation (extremely desirable)
- Current driver’s licence (Full, no limitations)
- CPR certification (desirable)
- First Aid certification (desirable)
