ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for experienced Relief Park Managers (individuals or couples) to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel across Australia, providing relief coverage at our parks and villages when our permanent managers take leave.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of holiday parks, including reception, grounds/maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Assisting and supporting different departments as needed.
- Handling after-hours duties, including guest check-ins, emergency situations, and security patrols.
- Managing financial reporting and monitoring site budgets.
- Ensuring Park standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns professionally.
- Conducting pre and post-site handovers to ensure smooth transitions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to travel at short notice for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a holiday park, caravan park, or similar management role.
- Hands-on approach – comfortable with customer service, administration, minor maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Strong leadership and team-player mentality to support all staff.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Newbook, RMS, or similar preferred).
- Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) obligations.
- Current driver’s licence and own transport.
- Mobile accommodation preferred but not essential—onsite accommodation can be provided.
