We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader who can take ownership of both parks, lead their teams and identify opportunities to continually improve the guest experience and performance of the businesses.
We are currently seeking a Full Time, Park Manager to join our team, overseeing both Albury Holiday Park and Wodonga Holiday Park.

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Park Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of both Albury Holiday Park and Wodonga Holiday Park.
This is a full-time, live-on-site position requiring strong leadership, operational oversight and commercial awareness, together with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences across both locations.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring both parks operate safely and efficiently, leading and supporting their teams, maintaining consistently high presentation and service standards, and identifying opportunities to improve occupancy, revenue and overall business performance.
The role includes on-call responsibilities and regular weekend and public holiday work, reflecting the nature of the tourism and hospitality industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of both parks, ensuring high standards across accommodation, amenities, grounds and guest services.
- Lead, support and motivate teams across both locations, creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused working environment.
- Ensure consistent operational, presentation and customer service standards are maintained across both parks.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, responding effectively to feedback and resolving issues when required.
- Drive occupancy and revenue through strong operational performance, local market awareness and excellent customer service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow corporate, workforce, extended-stay and leisure accommodation across both properties.
- Build positive relationships with local businesses, tourism operators, community organisations and industry partners throughout the Albury–Wodonga region.
- Manage park budgets, financial performance, reporting and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability and overall business performance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, relevant regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of park presentation, including oversight of grounds, maintenance, amenities and accommodation.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and maintenance requirements as needed.
- Manage reservations, occupancy and park systems to support efficient operations and maximise available inventory.
- Respond to guest needs and operational matters, including after-hours and on-call situations when required.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Hampshire Essentials team and contribute to business initiatives and continuous improvement.

- Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across two parks.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand budgets, revenue, occupancy and operational performance.
- Experience identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve business performance.
- Confidence using RMS or other property management/reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests, employees, local businesses and the wider community.
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to support the team wherever required.
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day operation, including weekends and public holidays, and participate in on-call requirements.
- A current driver’s licence.
- A current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check and First Aid Certificate.
- Experience developing local partnerships, corporate accommodation relationships or business development initiatives will be highly regarded.
