THE ROLE

We are looking for self-motivated, experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Service Centre team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of the Service Centre to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maximise efficiency across our extensive Concrete truck fleet.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will also coordinate raw material supply across all Hallett raw material sites and concrete plants within metropolitan Adelaide.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Set, communicate and maintain high customer service standards across the team
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching and support to strengthen capability and performance
  • Plan, prioritise and communicate workloads to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Build and maintain productive, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Manage customer issues or complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution

QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager with demonstrated team leadership capability
  • Strong understanding of logistics, building, or construction industries (preferred)
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong coaching mindset
  • Highly detail oriented, strong problem solving ability and proactive approach
