We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman with a strong background in structural works for multi-story residential projects to join our established team at the ‘One Redcliffe’ development in Moreton Bay.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will join a collaborative team of up to 10 site staff on an impressive 2-stage, 12-storey multi-res project, valued at $120M, located in stunning Redcliffe.

You will oversee sub-contractors and logistics, bringing an expert level of planning and communication to manage risks and maximise productivity across the four pillars of Time, Safety, Cost, and Quality.

We value a solutions-driven approach and strict adherence to planning and quality control, ensuring that all works under your supervision are executed with deliberate precision, not by chance.

You will have the following

• A trade or Construction Management qualification – Essential
• QBCC Builders Open licence (supervisor / builder) – Essential
• Drivers Licence and Construction White Card
• Proven structural experience on multi-story residential projects
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, standards, and methodologies
• A passionate, team-oriented mindset with the initiative to creatively solve problems and effectively manage conflict
