Role Summary
The Quality & Compliance Administration Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that our administrative processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Based in Warrnambool, Victoria, this part-time22.8 hours / 3 days per week contract position will assist the Quality, Safety and Compliance Team Leader to provide high-quality administrative and operational support. The focus will be on areas such as:
- Develop, review, audit and update policies across GAC’s diverse service areas
- Records Management and the oversight of the IonMy program
- Quality Assurance and Accreditation Compliance
- Risk Management and Safety – OH&S
- Continuous Improvement
- Reception & Administration Assistance

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in data collection and reporting
- Knowledge of Quality Frameworks, legislation, standards, regulations or willing to research and learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and support a diverse team.
