Description

Gumala Aboriginal Corporation (GAC) works to alleviate poverty and promote self-determination for the Banjima, Yinhawangka and Nyiyaparli people of the Pilbara region in Western Australia.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Executive Services Coordinator (Operations) to join our Perth office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines executive support, office management and administrative coordination.  You will be the key point of contact for executive administration, travel arrangements, office logistics and business support activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide high-level operational executive support, including inbox management, travel coordination and administration
  • Prepare agendas, meeting papers, presentations and executive briefings
  • Support strategic initiatives, projects and special events including the Annual General Meeting
  • Coordinate approval and processing of executive expenses and related administrative requirements
