About the role!
An exciting and varied Compliance & Project Officer role joining a progressive and collaborative Corporate Services Team!
This role is all about making things happen – supporting key projects, strengthening compliance, improving processes and helping ensure GRNSW operates efficiently and effectively.
No two days will look quite the same! You’ll have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across GRNSW, take ownership of projects and help turn ideas into practical, well-organised outcomes.
This role would suit a highly organised and proactive Compliance and Project Officer looking to take the next step in their career, particularly someone who loves variety, enjoys improving the way things are done and isn’t afraid to get stuck in!
Responsibilities:
- Support governance, risk and compliance activities across GRNSW.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain policies, procedures and compliance documentation.
- Manage filing conventions and document control requirements.
- Maintain organisational distribution lists and records.
- Provide Board Secretariat and Corporate Services support, including but not limited to Briefing Papers, Corporate Correspondence, and Board Pack administration.
- Support People & Culture processes and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
