We are seeking dynamic individuals for the role of RSA Trainer at our Hobart Campus. This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s availability.

Role Overview:

As a Trainer, your role is pivotal in enhancing the student learning experience. You will deliver and assess high-quality, compliant, and engaging training that aligns with RGIT’s policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, as well as regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver RSA training programs in compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

– Create a positive and engaging learning environment.

– Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

– Maintain accurate records of training and assessments.

– Stay updated on current industry trends, policies, and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

– Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).

– RSA certification and relevant industry experience.

– Excellent presentation and communication skills.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Passion for education and empowering students with practical skills.
