We’re looking for an energetic, highly organised Events & Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team at Global X ETFs Australia.

From major industry conferences and roadshows to webinars, client events and strategic partnership activations, you’ll play a key role in helping us connect with financial advisers, dealer groups and investors across Australia.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the coordination and delivery of our events and partnerships program, including:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of conferences, roadshows, webinars, roundtables and client events
  • Coordinating event logistics including venues, registrations, suppliers, travel, catering and attendee communications
  • Supporting sponsorship and partnership activations to ensure every opportunity delivers maximum impact
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers to create exceptional event experiences
  • Assist with the development and distribution of adviser communications, invitations and supporting marketing collateral
  • Supporting broader marketing campaigns, product launches and adviser engagement initiatives
  • Tracking event outcomes and identifying opportunities to continuously improve results and attendee experiences

About you

You’ll bring:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in events, marketing, partnerships or sponsorship coordination
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using CRM and marketing platforms highly regarded
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management or professional services is welcome, but not essential

Out-of-hours work and interstate travel may be required to host and manage events.
