Join the Glass Outlet Team as an Afternoon-Shift Warehouse Storeperson

Glass Outlet is recognised Australia-wide as a leading wholesale supplier of glass, aluminium fencing, balustrading, aluminium screening, shower screens and associated products.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our afternoon-shift warehousing team in Dandenong South.

Working as part of a supportive and friendly team, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders and stock transfers accurately and efficiently
• Receiving, unloading, checking and storing incoming goods from local and international suppliers
• Restocking and rotating warehouse products
• Assisting with delivery truck duties as required
• Supporting the cut-to-size and production areas when required
• Safely operating warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the warehouse, yard and amenities
• Complying with workplace health and safety and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Providing friendly and professional service when interacting with customers
• Completing general warehouse duties as operational needs require

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• A current forklift licence
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and procedures
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The physical fitness required to safely perform the duties of the position, including lifting products with assistance
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and operational standards
• A reliable, punctual and accountable approach to your work
• A positive, customer-focused and can-do attitude

This is a full-time afternoon-shift position working Monday to Thursday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
