Tree Labourer

Location: Yatala, QLD

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Tree Labourer to join our growing arboriculture team based out of Yatala.

This is a hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting climbers with tree removal and pruning operations.
  • Feeding and operating wood chippers safely.
  • Dragging and clearing branches, logs, and green waste.
  • Setting up and maintaining safe work zones, including traffic and pedestrian management where required.
  • Operating chainsaws and other equipment (where qualified and competent).
  • Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Maintaining vehicles, machinery, and equipment to a high standard.
  • Assisting with site clean-up to ensure jobs are left neat and tidy.
  • Following all workplace health and safety procedures and working effectively as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour in all weather conditions.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
  • Current driver’s licence
  • MR licence
  • White Card (essential or willing to obtain).
  • Chainsaw, EWP, Traffic Control, or Arboriculture qualifications are all an advantage.
