We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor
to join our Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on
high-profile landscape and civil construction projects while building your

About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing
the day-to-day delivery of landscape and civil construction projects, ensuring
work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You
will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and play a key role in
delivering successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise
and coordinate daily site operations on large-scale landscape and civil
projects.
- Interpret
construction drawings, survey information and project specifications.
- Coordinate
subcontractors, suppliers and site resources.
- Monitor
project progress and assist with planning and scheduling.
- Ensure
compliance with quality standards, including ITPs and inspections.
- Maintain
a strong focus on workplace health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Assist
with cost control and efficient resource management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum
5 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreperson or similar leadership
role.
- Experience
delivering large-scale civil and/or landscape construction projects.
- Strong
knowledge of construction drawings, survey set out and project planning.
- Proven
ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
- A
commitment to safety, quality and delivering projects on time.
- Landscape
trade qualifications (preferred).
- Experience
across both the civil and landscape sectors will be highly regarded.
- Relevant
machinery tickets or licences are advantageous.
