• Performing high-quality panel repairs and replacements
• Structural and non-structural repairs
• Working efficiently within production timeframes
• Maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Collaborating with the paint and workshop teams
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a professional automotive workshop.
• Relevant trade certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with panel beating tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and repair instructions.
• A strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace health and safety.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Prefer a valid driver’s license (not essential).
