About the Opportunity
Geosurv is expanding and we’re looking for experienced NDD Operators to join our growing Utility Investigations & Maintenance division.
Operating brand-new VTI trucks, you’ll be working across major infrastructure, utility and civil construction projects throughout NSW, delivering safe and precise vacuum excavation, potholing and utility investigation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate NDD and Combo JetVac trucks
- Complete potholing, vacuum excavation and utility exposure works
- Read and interpret DBYD plans and utility drawings
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment maintenance
- Complete site documentation, risk assessments and QA records
- Work closely with utility locators, surveyors, supervisors and clients
- Maintain high safety and operational standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating NDD or Combo JetVac trucks
- Strong understanding of underground utilities and safe excavation practices
- Experience interpreting DBYD plans and service drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to WHS and safe work practices

Highly Regarded
- Experience operating VTI, Cappellotto, Kaiser, Kroll, BGI or SpoutVac units
- Confined Space Entry
