About the Role
As an Optical Dispenser, you’ll play an important role in helping patients look and see their best. You’ll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service, assist patients in selecting eyewear solutions, and ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about patient care and customer service
- Has previous retail experience (optical experience is advantageous but not essential)
- Can quickly build product knowledge and confidently explain eyewear options to patients
- Has excellent communication skills and a bright, friendly approach
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Brings enthusiasm, energy, patience, and a positive attitude to work every day
- Is available to work 16 hours per week, with flexibility to take on additional hours
